Located just next door to Breakspear Crematorium, The Clubhouse offers a warm, elegant, and versatile space to honour and remember your loved one. Designed with comfort and flexibility in mind, our venue provides a calm and welcoming environment for post-funeral gatherings of any scale.

The Clubhouse can accommodate up to 250 guests standing or up to 150 seated in a theatre or casual arrangement. For more intimate memorial receptions, the space can be reconfigured to seat 100 guests in a formal dining layout. The adaptable design ensures the setting can be tailored to suit your exact needs — whether you’re planning a quiet remembrance with close family or a larger celebration of life for friends and extended community.

Conveniently situated at the Middlesex Stadium, our venue boasts ample on-site parking, making access easy for all guests. Inside, you’ll find a contemporary and thoughtfully styled event space complete with a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system, which can be adjusted to create a reflective, comforting atmosphere.

The Clubhouse features a stylish on-premise bar offering a full selection of drinks, including custom cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options. Whether you prefer a simple toast or a more elaborate drinks reception, our bar service can be adjusted to your preferences.

An additional highlight is our outdoor covered terrace, accessible via large bi-folding doors. This sheltered area offers a peaceful retreat for moments of quiet reflection or relaxed conversation, no matter the weather.
