Whether in life, in love or through loss; it is important we make opportunities to connect and come together; celebrate and commemorate, but most importantly recognise and create the ceremony required of the moment.

Acknowledging significant life events through ritual and ceremony allows us to mark important life changes, helping to guide us through our own thoughts and feelings; hopes and wishes, both now and for the future.

As an Independent Celebrant it is my job to work with you to help create the perfect Ceremony to mark these rites of passage.

To meet with folks, listen to their stories and weave the threads together to create meaning and magnitude, is always a pleasure.

Using my knowledge and skills to hand craft the words, sentiment and feeling for your Ceremony will ensure a personal and meaningful approach; whilst also providing opportunity to acknowledge the past, laugh, love and cry; but most importantly to celebrate and look to the future.

With no rules centred around how you should celebrate your event; we can add whatever you like to create a bespoke ceremony unique to you.

Choosing an independent ceremony led by an Independent Celebrant enables you to incorporate your personal beliefs, aspects of several faiths or none at all; at a time, day and venue that completely suits you and with no constraints on timings or format.

A RSLI, I qualified as a BSL/English Interpreter in 2008 and have been in and around the Deaf community since the 1990s, so can also work with you to ensure your Ceremony is ‘deaf friendly’ and inclusive of deaf and hearing folks if required. Whether in British Sign Language, Sign Supported English, or a mix; we can work together to find the Ceremony format that suits you and your guests best.
