Nicola Burgess

Hi, my name is Nicola and I am a Funeral Celebrant who trained with the Fellowship of Professional Celebrants in 2016. I have led many funerals over the last few years in Cheshire and the Stoke on Trent area but am willing to travel further. I have a passion for what I do as I feel it is such a privilege to be asked to meet with families and talk about their loved one at such a delicate time. Also, as a qualified Counsellor I am mindful of how overwhelming and painful a time this can be. If you choose me as your Celebrant we will meet at a place convenient to you, we will sit and talk putting together a service that captures your loved one in the way that you chose. You can have a religious element or not, the choice is entirely yours, hymns, music, prayers, readings, photographs or poems the service is chosen by you. Together we will celebrate your loved ones life, remembering them, treasuring precious memories, bringing together their character and personality in a professional way. I will be right there by your side, to support and guide you.
