Richmond Athletic Ground offers a calm and welcoming setting for wakes and celebrations of life, where friends and family can come together in comfort. With accessible ground-floor lounges, just a five-minute walk from Richmond Station, and ample on-site parking, we aim to make the practical arrangements as straightforward as possible, allowing you to focus on what matters most.

Our adaptable spaces can accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger groups, each offering natural light and views across the grounds, creating a relaxed and reflective environment.

The Murray Judd Lounge can host up to 150 guests seated or 300 standing, featuring a private bar, AV capabilities, private facilities and direct access to a patio area. The Club Lounge provides a slightly smaller space for up to 90 seated or 150 standing, with similar features including a private bar, outdoor access and AV equipment.

We offer flexible catering options to suit your needs, from sandwich platters and afternoon teas to buffet and seated menus, all of which can be tailored to your guest numbers and dietary requirements. External catering can also be arranged by agreement.

A range of drinks packages is available, including tea and coffee options, reception drinks, and fully serviced bars. Bar tabs or pay-as-you-go services can be arranged to suit your preferences.
