Rosslyn Park RFC

Rosslyn Park is located in Roehampton, with Barnes, Putney, East Sheen, Richmond and Wimbledon only a short distance away.

We recognise that the period following the death of a loved one can be one of the most difficult and stressful times for close and extended friends and family. Our staff provide a warm and welcoming service when making arrangements and throughout the memorial celebration at Rosslyn Park.

The club has a long standing, highly regarded reputation for hosting funeral receptions and wakes near the Putney Vale & Mortlake crematoriums.

Rosslyn Park has a choice of two rooms available for hire.

The Ripley Bar has capacity to accommodate 150 or more people, be that buffet style or seated around tables. The cost to hire for up to six hours is £650 +VAT

The Obolensky Bar has capacity to accommodate 60 people, buffet style or seated around tables. Both rooms have fully stocked bars. The cost to hire for up to six hours is £500 +VAT
If the hire time needs to be increased this can be discussed.

There is free parking on site for 70 cars and free parking in the roads around the site. Rosslyn Park is convenient located close to Barnes Station and on a bus route.

There is one price to hire the room and three options for catering.

Our catering is homemade and thoughtfully presented. If you would like more tailored catering options, this can easily be discussed with our caterer.

Food Option A (Fresh sandwich / roll selection, crisps and fruit)
£14.50 + VAT per person

Food Option B (Late Lunch /Afternoon Tea)
£17.50 +VAT per person

Food Option C (Buffet Seated Lunch with wait staff)
£27.00 +VAT per person

All food options include tea and coffee for guests. Included in the room hire cost are bar staff to serve drinks. Drinks can be purchased by guests as they go or we can set up a bar tab for you. It is not possible for hirers to bring any kind of drinks to Rosslyn Park.

FOOD ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES can be catered for with advance notice – Napkins and good quality disposable plates and cups will be provided for each option.
