The Woolpack Almondbury

Based across from the Almondbury Parish Church, The Woolpack is a traditional village pub serving cask marque ales, cool lagers, quality wines and speciality spirits. We also have secure parking, a beautiful beer garden and free wifi.

Most funeral wakes are held in the main bar area with exclusive access to the bar until 2:30pm. We have comfortable capacity for up to 60 guests with the buffet in the main room (it can moved out of the main bar to gain seating for another 15 people), but if you are expecting more guests our function room can be used. This upstairs room can hold an additional 70 guests, and has a private bar that can be opened for a small fee.

We have a standard buffet menu, but we can provide any catering that you may require through our locally chosen suppliers – so please enquire about further options.

We are more than happy for children to attend, but do ask that they leave by 7:30pm. The pub has disabled access and toilets on the ground floor, but there is no designated disabled toilet or access to the upstairs room for wheelchair users.
