Coming to terms with the loss of a loved one is an emotional time and often you have to arrange a reception at short notice. Here at the DoubleTree by Hilton, London Elstree, we are experienced in catering for the bereaved.

Our friendly and professional team are on hand to help your event run smoothly, from the initial booking process right through to the reception date, we can support you in creating a special gathering in memory of your loved one.

We have set packages available to make the choice easier for you, or alternatively if you would prefer something bespoke to your requirements, we have a full list of menus which we can discuss with you. All of our bereavement packages include room hire, tea and coffee, jugs of iced water and car parking.

Your private function room will also have a table for you to place a book of remembrance and we have an easel for you to display a large photo of your loved one. A projector and screen can be made available for you to share photos and videos with your guests throughout the reception.

With a choice of private spaces available whether you have 10 or 300 guests, we are here to ensure we have the right space for your individual needs.
