Allerton Manor Golf Club

Established in 1924, Allerton Manor Golf Club is a mature tree-lined municipal golf course located in Allerton, an affluent, leafy suburb in South Liverpool. Only a 10-minute drive from both Liverpool City Centre and Liverpool John Lennon Airport, we are ideally located to cater for golfers from across Merseyside, The Wirral and Cheshire who want to play golf in a beautiful setting without the restrictions held in most of the region’s private membership-based golf clubs.

Within the stunning grounds we have The Old Stables Restaurant offering Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner and Sunday Roasts. The restaurant can accommodate a party of up to 25 guests, please note this is not a private area and there will be other diners in the restaurant but some of our guests gathering after funerals enjoy this relaxed, informal atmosphere.

Fletcher’s Bar is located in the former Manor House ‘Allerton’ which was the home of the Fletcher family from the 1800’s until it was sold to Liverpool City Council in 1922. Bar snacks are available alongside freshly made pizza’s, sandwiches and burgers.

The Hay Loft
The Hay Loft private function room is our exclusive event space with a private bar and terrace, refurbishment works were completed in June 2017 for the Grade II listed building. The room creates an impression as soon as guests enter the former bar of the Golf Club, original oak beams have been restored and new features were added to bring a more modern feel to the room. The design team were keen to ensure the space retained its unique and original character yet had a contemporary feel to it. The addition of the arched window and real fireplace lends itself perfectly to this luxurious space.

The Hay Loft is a versatile space with a private entrance and can accommodate up to 120 guests for a stand-up canape/buffet event or 80 guests for a more formal dining experience. Within 1 mile of Allerton Cemetery and Springwood Crematorium, the private room is a sought-after venue for funerals and celebrations of life. Our experienced and dedicated events team are on hand to ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish.

We have ample free parking available onsite. There is a stairlift available for The Hay Loft and disabled access in The Old Stables Restaurant and Fletcher’s Bar.
