Browns Bar and Brasserie in Edinburgh warmly welcomes you to our restaurant on your difficult day.
It is our aim to provide a truly memorable experience in a comfortable and respectful private setting. Remembering the life of a loved one is important, so our historic venue and excellent staff allow for a seamless and pleasant experience that we ensure will lift everyone’s spirits on an otherwise emotional day.

A UNESCO World Heritage Site in the centre of the elegant 18th century new town. The stylish building nestles among the neo-classical town houses and pretty Georgian squares. We have an exclusive private dining area for up to 32/40 people and can offer you the use of our projector and screen should you wish to run a sideshow of photographs in the background. Our main restaurant holds 230 people.

Close to the shops and popular tourist attractions, Browns Bar & Brasserie is a firm favourite with visitors and locals alike. We offer seasonal Scottish dishes and canapes as well as our traditional classics. Our dedicated Sales and Events Manager will be there to help you with the planning of this important day.

We have a range of food and drink packages to suit all different guests and cater for dietary requirements. We have canapes/buffet selections ranging from £7.50pp to £15pp and various drinks packages on top.
