Malmaison Edinburgh offers an array of spaces for private dining, functions, conferences, funeral teas and many other types of event.

Located on the bustling Shore area, the hotel benefits from easy access to the city bypass and has complimentary parking for up to 50 cars, whilst still being only a 10 minute taxi ride from Waverley Train Station.

Our largest private room, known as Mal 4 is designed with an abundance of natural daylight and can accommodate up to 120 people for a reception, or 65 for a sit down meal. Mal 3 is a more intimate room with space for up to 50 people.

Our newly refurbished Bar and Brasserie are also available for exclusive use and can accommodate up to 65 people. These rooms have floor to ceiling windows letting the natural daylight flood in. Situated at the front of the hotel both rooms benefit from access to an outdoor terrace and stunning views over the Water of Leith.
