For many years I worked in the hospitality industry, working in and running hotels across the country. The purpose of my role was to understand the needs of my customers, with the aim of ensuring that these were exceeded. This applied to all my customers: be they overnight stays, dinner guests, wedding parties or funeral gatherings. My goal was to deliver the highest level of customer service.

When my family came along, I changed to a more regular career: working with trains, first on the mainline and then with the underground. This perfected complimented the geek within me.

My own experience of losing a loved one made me see the importance of the funeral service to the family and friends of the deceased. It stirred in me the desire to make a change in my life and, as my family are now older, I have taken the opportunity to qualify as a funeral celebrant.

I will prepare and agree with you in advance a eulogy that is bespoke for your needs and I will officiate and deliver it on the day.
