Option 3 : Canapes prepared fresh by our Fully qualified trained Chefs served by waiting staff consisting of :Fillet of beef teryaki skewers , Smoked salmon & creamed cheese on toasted focaccia , Avocado & pepper in mini wraps , Chicken liver parfait with red onion on toasted focaccia , King prawn & chorizo mini skewers or Spiced chicken satay skewers.This option is for 40 guests only as we are not charging for our Chefs time , with this you get 240 Canapes , cost £7.50p/p
