We have a total of 6 function rooms on site, perfect for any size of function up to 210 guests. 2 of our function areas also have terrace and patio areas perfect for al fresco dining.

In addition to this, our resort incorporates a 40 bedroom 4 star hotel, 27 hole golf course and 2 restaurant & bar areas. All function rooms have beautiful views overlooking our 200 acres of grounds and 27 hole golf course, situated in the Watership Down countryside.

Our Head Chef David Palmer produces delicious classic British cuisine throughout the week and is happy to tailor a menu to suit your guest’s individual requirements from sandwich lunches to a 3 course a la carte menu.

The venue is perfectly located just 15 minutes from either Basingstoke’s or Newbury’s Town Centres. It is also just 20 minutes from either the M3 or M4 motorways.
