On the face of it, The Green House is simply a beautifully restored, 32-room Grade II Victorian villa in the heart of Bournemouth, perfectly nestled between Dorset’s finest blue-flag golden beaches and the ancient mysteries of the New Forest. We specialise in Funeral Teas, wakes and memorial parties and can tailor make every occasion to suit your requirements. We have three suitable rooms to choose from. All are fully accessible, have a licensed bar and an attentive team who will take care of everything.

Arbor Restaurant, our 2 rosette restaurant, with huge bay windows, is the perfect venue for an afternoon gathering of up to 100 guests.

Our Private Events space: The hotel has a large events room which provides a quality and inspiring space for up to 100 guests with a private bar.

The Green House Bar is a bright tastefully decorated room offering an informal space for gatherings of up to 35 guests.

The Green House offers complimentary ample car parking, complimentary wi fi, complimentary still and sparking water. The hotel is fully accessible with a lift that serves all floors and has an external entrance also. The Green House can cater for any overnight guests in one of our 32 bedrooms also.

Our menus change seasonally to ensure we use the best of what is local and sustainable. You’ll find well-cooked, honest, uncomplicated but imaginative food. Our team of chefs, led by Andy Hilton are passionate about sourcing both classic and new ingredients straight from the farm gate and fresh off the trawlers.
