Set in 55 acres of grounds, Theobalds Estate provides tranquil, relaxing atmosphere for you to celebrate the life of your loved one with your family and friends.

Theobalds Estate is a beautiful Hertfordshire hotel, located just 10 miles north of central London and minutes away from J25 of the M25, with both Enfield crematorium and cemetery in close proximity. Full of original Georgian features and plenty of charm, the mansion house has a number of function rooms including The Boardroom with its detailed oak panelling and beautiful bay windows overlooking the gardens. Whilst The Lambton, with space for up to 80 guests, has French doors leading out to the Italian gardens and the Portland room has it’s own private bar.

For larger events, with space for up to 180 guests, the Ridings Barn sits at the southern end of the estate. A modern and light space with a stylish barn conversion and Mediterranean courtyard outside, which is ideal for a private function with internal and external catering options.

Our inhouse catering options are designed to make your planning easier. We have a number of menu options including finger buffet, afternoon tea and hot buffet menus and all our packages include tea & coffee for your guests.
