Located just ten minutes from Sevenoaks and thirty minutes from South London, this 15th-century timber-framed manor house seamlessly combines original historic character with contemporary luxury. Its prime position off the A21 with fast connections to the M25, M26, and M20—makes it highly accessible for family and friends travelling from across Kent, Sussex, and Southeast London. The hotel is also well-placed for the Kent & Sussex, Eltham, and Beckenham Crematoriums, as well as Greatness Park Cemetery in Sevenoaks.

We offer two distinct, private ground-floor function spaces: the intimate, oak-beamed Cromwell Suite (ideal for gatherings of up to 50 guests) and the spacious, versatile Riverhead Suite (capable of hosting up to 140 guests, layout permitting).

Our menus are fully customisable to meet your family’s wishes, ranging from classic, gourmet buffets and tea selections to premium seated lunches, with all dietary requirements thoughtfully accommodated. Dedicated, fully licensed bars serve each room, with hot tea and coffee available throughout the service.

For overnight guests, the hotel features 63 comfortable, en-suite bedrooms (including 17 on the ground floor and a fully wheelchair-accessible room), with a lift serving all floors. Generous, complimentary on-site parking is available for all attendees, including high-speed EV and Tesla charging stations.
